Six6s Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply to the use of the current Website and its related services. By using this Website and accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is owned by Aurora Holdings N.V., licensed in Curaçao for the provision of online games of chance.
2. General Terms
We have the right to revise and amend the Terms at any time. You should periodically review the Terms and Conditions. Amendments are binding immediately upon publication. If you object to the changes, you must stop using the Service. Bets not settled prior to the new Terms taking effect will be subject to the previous Terms.
3. Your Obligations
You acknowledge that at all times when accessing the Website and using the Service:
You must be of legal age (over 18 or 21, according to the jurisdiction that applies to you) to gamble and legally be able to enter into a binding agreement with us.
You must be a resident in a jurisdiction that allows gambling and not use any services that mask your real location.
You must be the authorized user of the payment method you use and make all payments in good faith.
You must be aware that placing bets can result in loss of money and you will be fully responsible for any losses.
You must not use any information obtained through illegal means, act on behalf of another party, or manipulate the service in bad faith.
You must always act in good faith and not be registered as an Affiliate in our program.
4. Restricted Use
You must not use the Service if you are under 18 or not legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us.
You must not use the Service if you reside in a country where online gambling is prohibited.
You must not use the Service if you are in certain restricted countries, including Austria, Australia, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, and others specified by the Curacao government.

You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties or transfer funds between player accounts.
We may terminate your account and take legal action if you use the Service for unauthorized purposes.
Employees of the company and associated parties are not allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent.
5. Registration
To use the Service, complete the registration form and accept the Terms.
You may need to become a verified Customer by providing proof of identification and residence.
Fund your account using the available payment methods.
Keep your contact information accurate and up to date.
Maintain an active and secure email account.
Only register one Account, additional Accounts will be closed.
Keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect any unauthorized activity.
6. Your Account
Use multiple currencies in your Account.
We do not offer credit.
We may close or suspend your Account for non-compliance with the Terms.
We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without notice.
We have the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit wagers for various reasons.
Notify us of any errors with your Account.
Stop gambling if it becomes unenjoyable.

You cannot transfer or sell your Account.
7. Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for twelve consecutive months and remains in credit, we will charge a fee of €5 per month. You will be notified of these charges in the eleventh month and have the option to log in and withdraw your funds. The fee will be withdrawn from your account monthly as long as there is no account activity. If the fee is due to be withdrawn and your account balance is less than €5, the fee will comprise the remaining funds in your account.
8. Deposit of Funds
All deposits should be made from an account or payment system registered in your name.
Deposits made in other currencies will be converted using the daily exchange rate. Some payment systems may apply additional currency exchange fees.
Transaction fees for deposits to your account are absorbed by us, but you are responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Credit and debit card deposits are processed by third-party electronic payment processors. your account will only be credited if we receive authorization from the payment issuer.
You must fully pay all payments and charges due to us or payment providers.
Charge-backs or cancellations of deposits will result in forfeiture of any associated winnings.
Your player account is not insured or guaranteed by any deposit or banking insurance system.
9. Withdrawal of Funds
You may withdraw any unutilized and cleared funds by submitting a withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is €10, except for account closures where you may withdraw the full balance.
There are no withdrawal commissions if you wager the deposit at least once.
We reserve the right to request additional verification procedures before granting withdrawals.
Withdrawals must be made to the original payment method, although exceptions may be made at our discretion. If your account is inaccessible or closed, please contact customer service.
The maximum withdrawal amount per month is €10,000, unless your balance is at least 10 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, in which case it is limited to €5,000.
Processing of withdrawals may be affected if you breach the Restricted use policy.
10. Payment Transactions and Processors
You are responsible for paying all monies owed to us and must not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action to avoid a legitimate liability. If you make a charge-back, denial, or reversal of payment, you will reimburse us for any loss and may be subject to an administration fee.
We may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions as long as they do not conflict with these Terms.
All transactions on our site may be checked to prevent money laundering or terrorism financing activity.
11. Errors
In the event of an error or malfunction in our system or processes, all bets are void. You must inform us immediately of any errors with the Service.
We are not liable for any costs, expenses, losses, or claims resulting from system errors, bugs, viruses, or defects.
We reserve the right to void games or bets affected by such errors and take necessary actions to correct them.
If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odd or a wager is made after an event has started due to human error or system problems, we may cancel or void the wager.
12. Rules of Play, refunds and cancellations
Event winners are determined on the settlement date, and we do not recognize protested or overturned decisions.
Results are final after 72 hours. If a match result is overturned within the payout period, all money will be refunded.
In the case of a draw option, stakes on win or loss are lost. Invalid results will be refunded.
Wager amounts are subject to change.
Customers are responsible for their transactions.
We are not responsible for missing or duplicate wagers.
Please note that start dates and times for eSport matches are not guaranteed. If a match is suspended or postponed, wagers will be refunded. If an event is posted with an incorrect date, wagers will be based on the announced date.
We reserve the right to remove events and products from the Website.
13. Communications and Notices
Communications and notices between you and us must be in writing in English and sent to the registered email address on your account.

We may contact you by email to provide information about betting and promotions, but you can opt out of these emails at any time by contacting customer support.
14. Matters Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the service if it is caused by events beyond our control, such as acts of God, trade disputes, power cuts, government actions, or failures of telecommunication services. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the service without liability for any resulting loss or damage to you.
15. Liability
We will not compensate you for any foreseeable losses or damages if we fail to fulfill our obligations under these terms unless we breach any legal duties, such as causing injury or death through negligence.
We are not liable for any faults caused by your actions, third-party issues, or events that could not have been predicted or prevented.
As a consumer service, we are not responsible for any business losses.
If we are held liable for any issues under these terms, our total liability to you will be the value of the bets or wagers placed on your account or €500, whichever is lower.
We recommend verifying the service’s compatibility with your computer equipment and taking precautions against harmful programs with antivirus software.
16. Gambling By Those Under Age
If we suspect that you are under 18 years old or were under 18 when you placed bets through the Service, your Account will be suspended.
17. Fraud
We will take legal and contractual action against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. Payment will be withheld from any suspected fraudster. Customers will be liable for all costs, charges, or losses incurred by us due to their fraud or criminal acts.
18. Intellectual Property
Unauthorized use of our name and logo may result in legal action against you. We are the sole owners of the Service, technology, software, and business Systems.
You must not use your profile for commercial gain.
We reserve the right to remove or reclaim nicknames if necessary.
You may not use our Marks in connection with any product or service not belonging to us.
19. Your Licence
We grant you a limited license to access and use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes. This license terminates when our agreement under these Terms ends.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, or exploit the Service or its content unless expressly permitted. Non-compliance may result in civil liability or criminal prosecution for intellectual property violations.

Prohibited Behaviour includes accessing or using the Service to promote or share false, misleading, or unlawful information, conducting illegal activities, harming minors, transmitting objectionable content, violating intellectual property rights, interfering with the Service, participating in fraudulent activities, sending spam or unsolicited advertising, creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or engaging in any behavior contrary to our business principles.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, such as deleting postings or terminating accounts, against any Customer or third party engaged in Prohibited Behaviour.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites over which we have no control. These links are provided as a convenience to Customers, but we do not endorse or have any affiliation with the linked websites or their content.
We have no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of these websites. We recommend taking necessary precautions, such as reviewing their privacy policy and terms of use, when accessing them.

If you have any concerns or questions about these Terms, contact our Customer Service Department using the links on the Website and your Registered Email Address.
We take no liability for any complaints received or actions taken.
If a Customer is not satisfied with a bet settlement, they should provide details to our Customer Service Department, who will respond within a few days or 28 days at the latest. Disputes must be lodged within three days of the wager being decided. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to our management. If the Customer is still not satisfied, they have the right to complain with our licensing body.
23. Assignment
You cannot assign these Terms or any rights or obligations without our written consent.
We can assign our rights and obligations to a third party without your consent, as long as they can provide a service of similar quality to the Service.
24. Breach of These Terms
If you breach any material term of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse to provide you with the Service without prior notice. We will promptly notify you of any action taken.
